His expertise lies in his ability to mobilise skilled technical, and management staff, for large turnkey projects in India, Middle East, U.S.A, Canada, U.K, Europe and South Asia. Abhishek is a strategic visionary and brings to the table, 15+ years of professional experience in HR, Admin and Sales. With the objective of creating a better quality of life for professionals through increased remuneration and best organisation fit, he established StepUp HR in 2007, now having an employee strength of 120+ recruitment professionals. The organization has grown manifold under his leadership and his vision for StepUp HR is to be an organization’s most preferred partner and be amongst the top 3 recruitment firms in India by 2020. A multi-faceted personality with philanthropic interests, Abhishek has co-established a school in Bengaluru which today has over 120 children from the economically weaker sections of society. He is also in the midst of writing a motivational book on ‘having a successful career’.

Bela is the Founder and Director of Operations of StepUp HR. She has about 20 years of experience in having worked for National and International firms with a strong background in Business Development and a thorough understanding of varied industries and verticals. She has an effective ability to think from client’s perspective, understand the recruiting process in the sector and take ownership for meeting recruiting targets for an organization. Connecting the Right People and bringing them together is something she passionately works to achieve in all her endeavours.

Swikar Sethi

CAO

Swikar is the Founder and CAO of StepUp HR. He has 26 plus years of experience in having worked for National and International firms with a strong background in Business Development and a thorough understanding of varied industries and verticals. A Textile engineer by qualification, Swikar has experience in working in South East Asia also. He has a rich industry exposure and has the capability of handling more than 500 employees. A philosopher by nature, Swikar has good experience in PR Management, Internal Branding and has the wide range of ability to take good initiatives for Business Development. Apart from this, Swikar is accredited to having co-established an International school in Bangkok.
